Vineyard: 250/300 metres Altitude s. m • South-East facing position.
Grapes: Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo, Colorino, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 20%
Harvest: September 2016.
Vinification: fermentation in vats with maceration lasting 15 days at a temperature not exceeding 30° c.
Refinement: In small and medium-sized French oak barrels for 10 months.
After bottling is aged for 8 months in air-conditioned environment.
Main analyses: 13.50° Alcohol total acidity 5.30-dry extract 28.90-pH 3.5.
Serving suggestions: pasta and Tuscan dishes and seasoned cheeses.
Production: 20,000 bottles per year.
