Grapes: 50% Malvasia, "Pulcinculo" (Grechetto) 40%, Trebbiano 10%.
Vinification: the grapes are dried for about 6 - 8 months.Pressing lightly and must remain with the "mother" for 8 years in casks, then bottled.
Serving suggestions: meditation wine of great depth.Delicious to drink alone or with blue cheese, dark chocolate or a cigar.
Production: 600 bottles per year.
